With these images, I payed around with using different backgrounds. Although I like them I feel they could potentially take away/distract from my images


With the one below, although the textured background is problematic as mentioned previously. I liked this idea of using different shades or colours to indicate a subconscious hierarchy of pages.
This is something I will think of when putting together my final design.
